TECHNICS STOPS TURNTABLE PRODUCTION!

“It is a sad day today but due to low sales globally in analogue turntables a decision to stop production has been made on Technics Turntables,” Panasonic spokesman Ian North explained

Turntable manufacturers Technics will be stopping production on their universally loved Technics 1200s and Technics 1210s. In a statement re-posted on dance board Global Hardstyle, the company behind the production of the Technics turntables Panasonic announced that they would cease the manufacture of Technics turntables in February next year, citing an increasing decline in sales as the motivation behind the line’s demise.

Dont get confused: Boris Dlugosch also released a track under the name of "Bangkok" on Phantasy Sound - which is huge indeed - but sorry to say that - we were first by naming the track "Bangkok":( - we just took longer to release it.
"Bangkok" is the follow-up to "Hyperactive".

As some might have noticed - JACK HAD A GROOVE is my new partyseries. The first 2 editions were a blast and JACK HAD A GROOVE seems to become a regular happening at WMF Berlin. Soon we will present you Riva Starr, Brodinski, Round Table Knights, Oliver $ and more. This saturday we have Noob (known for his recent collaboration with Brodinski on Turbo and his massive remixes for Tiga, Dance Area or Autokratz) from Bordeaux and Solo (my favourite italian dude who just released a killertrack on Sound Pellegrino) from London. Also on the bill: Mumdance (you know him for his track Eurostarr or his eclectic party-dubstep-sets) from LDN and Jackmaster (the guy that runs the fantastic night NUMBERS in Glasgow and hosts the label Dress2Sweat) from Glasgow. Berlin Battery is about to shake the Admiralspalast. In the picture above you can see me and Jack Tennis (Supermarkt was still in France). G-Shock organized an extra photo shoot for their party and Jack Tennis was even forced to wear a G-Shock clock:) - though I cant see it in the picture.
